Bønes Virik is one of the leading executive search companies in Norway. As a result of extensive strategy work, they wanted to clarify both values and position through a new visual identity. In the wake of the new identity, we have also developed an advertising system and website for them.

New visual identity

Bønes Virik is one of the leading executive search companies in Norway. As a result of extensive strategy work, they wanted to clarify both values and position through a new visual identity. Initially, they wanted to keep the existing logo, but wanted our input.

Solution

We were able to participate as a fly on the wall in their strategy work and gained a thorough insight into what the company stands for. After mapping current communication surfaces, we quickly concluded that the existing logo worked poorly on digital surfaces and that it would be inappropriate to keep it.

Some physical surfaces invited discreet pattern use, while on digital surfaces we could animate the logo from a magnifying glass (the search symbol itself) to the characteristic Ø in the name.

The result is a logo and visual identity that clarifies the company's position, reflects its values and works optimally on all important communication surfaces.

We have also designed and developedthe website, and a concept for targeted digital advertising of job ads.
