We use AI models and synthetic "respondents" to test messages, concepts, and customer journeys, and to collect and analyze data about target groups, markets, and customers. The method provides good answers to "what if" scenarios and is used for segmentation and improvement of digital platforms and customer journeys, campaign and concept testing, and testing of hypotheses for target groups, among other things. In short, the method can be used to get answers to everything you would otherwise ask people about. Synthetic research is a very good tool that provides good results at a fraction of the cost of conducting surveys and tests with real people. All synthetic insights are always validated and interpreted by a specialist or consultant to ensure quality and relevance.
