We developed a new identity for the Marineholmen district in Bergen.

We helped GC Rieber Eiendom develop a new identity for the already well-known Marineholmen. In addition, we have developed websites and designed infographics.

At Marineholmen, GC Rieber has built Bergen's new marine innovation district - a district designed for the future, where you can live, play and work. The district is already home to a number of world-leading marine players, research environments and educational institutions, and now there will also be housing.

We helped GC Rieber Eiendom develop the identity of Marineholmen.

Solution

The new identity is based on interdisciplinary dialog and processes derived from the design thinking methodology. We developed an identity system that unites the area under a common flag, and communicates the vision and ambition of the place - as it is, and as it will become.

Through the vision Bridging great people, Marineholmen wants to build bridges between strong professional environments and between the various companies located in the area. A dynamic visual element has been used in conjunction with the logo to create these bridges.

The website features animated infographics to explain what's happening in the Marineholmen innovation district.
