We developed a new identity for the Marineholmen district Marineholmen Bergen.

We helped GC Rieber develop a new identity for the already well-known Marineholmen. In addition, we have developed a website and created infographics, among other things.

At Marineholmen , GC Rieber Marineholmen GC Rieber Bergen’s new marine innovation district—a neighborhood designed for the future, where people can live, play, and work. The neighborhood is already home to a number of world-leading marine companies, research centers, and educational institutions, and now residential housing is also being added.

We helped GC Rieber develop the identity for Marineholmen.

Solution

The new identity is based on interdisciplinary dialog and processes derived from the design thinking methodology. We developed an identity system that unites the area under a common flag, and communicates the vision and ambition of the place - as it is, and as it will become.

Through its vision,“Bridging great people,” Marineholmen aims Marineholmen build bridges between strong professional communities and among the various companies located in the area. A dynamic visual element is incorporated into the logo to symbolize these bridges.

The website features animated infographics that explain what is happening in the Marineholmen innovation district.
