Maintenance agreement (SLA)

A safe and secure website

For a website to be secure and function well, it needs constant maintenance. The alternative can be costly. That's why a good maintenance agreement is important.

If your website is not updated regularly, you may find that it runs slower, that functions fail, that you rank lower in search engines, and, not least, that security holes and entry points for hackers may open up.Read more about this here!

Since maintenance is better than firefighting, we've created maintenance agreements to keep your websites up to date.

Maintenance agreement information from AG

1) Update at Minimum Maintenance

Updating of frameworks and extensions is carried out through a monthly mass update. Random testing of selected pages is carried out after the update. The work is carried out within ordinary working hours. Backups are made in advance.

2) Update by Standard Maintenance

Updates of frameworks and extensions are carried out using automated regression testing. Updates take place at night on all working days. Backups and restoration in the event of errors are performed automatically.

A general condition check is performed monthly. Here we check that the pages are online and working. We do this through spot checks of selected pages.

3) Update by Premium Maintenance

Updates of frameworks and extensions are carried out using automated regression testing. Updates take place at night on all working days. Backups and restoration in the event of errors are performed automatically.

A general condition check is performed weekly. Here we check that the pages are online and working. We do this through spot checks of selected pages.

4) Correction of errors (bug fix)

As part of the maintenance agreement, some time is always included to correct bugs/errors as a result of the updates. This also includes any interruptions in automatic updates (Standard and Premium), which then require manual investigation and rectification. Closing of reported security holes is also included.

Work in excess of the agreed time will be notified in advance, and invoiced according to time spent at the current hourly rate.

In the event of special circumstances, such as major version jumps, there may be a need for further development that is not covered by this agreement. In such cases, we will always send an estimate to the Client for approval before the work is initiated.

5) Monitoring

The websites are monitored digitally and we are notified if a page goes down or is affected by a reported security hole. If this happens, we will investigate the situation, take appropriate action and notify the customer if necessary.

6) Technical support

As part of Standard and Premium maintenance, you also enjoy priority technical support on solutions provided by AG&. Technical support for third-party solutions is provided to the best of our ability and without guarantees. Work and further development in connection with technical support is invoiced according to time spent.
